Circumoral pallor

A localized blanching and paleness of the perioral skin, sharply demarcated from the surrounding facial complexion.

  • Scarlet fever

  • Anemia

  • Respiratory infections

  • Hemodynamic shock

  • Vasovagal response

  • Hypoglycemia
