Hyperacusis

Abnormally increased auditory sensitivity, characterized by decreased tolerance to sounds of moderate intensity that are perceived as excessively loud, uncomfortable, or painful, despite normal peripheral hearing thresholds. Possible causes are acoustic trauma (explosion, gunfire, loud music), tinnitus, traumatic brain injury, neurological infections (Bell's palsy or Lyme disease), Williams syndrome or Ménière's disease, ototoxic medication (Furosemide), and post-operative complications following ear surgery.
