Nail pitting
Multiple, small, shallow to deep depressions of the nail plate surface due to focal defective keratinization within the proximal nail matrix, commonly associated with psoriasis, alopecia areata, eczema, reactive arthritis (Reiter's syndrome), lichen planus, sarcoidosis, pemphigus vulgaris, or incontinentia pigmenti.
