Prolonged ST interval
An electrocardiographic abnormality characterized by lengthening of the ST segment (normally 80-120 ms), leading to an increased QT interval (≥470 ms) without prolongation of T-wave duration. Reflects delayed ventricular repolarization and may be associated with hypocalcemia, hypokalemia, and long QT syndrome.
