Uhthoff's sign
A transient exacerbation of pre-existing neurological deficits (like vision loss, fatigue, or numbness) caused by an increase in core body temperature (exercise, fever, hot showers, environmental heat), due to heat-sensitive conduction block in demyelinated pathways.
