Absent cremasteric reflex
The lack of testicular elevation in response to scratching or stroking the medial thigh, indicating loss of this superficial L1-L2-mediated reflex arc involving the ilioinguinal and genital branch of the genitofemoral nerve.
Possible causes:
Testicular torsion
Nerve damage
Spinal issues
Normal variant
