Brudzinski's sign
A meningeal irritation sign in which passive neck flexion of a supine patient elicits involuntary flexion of the hips and knees.

Meningitis (bacterial and chemical)
Encephalitis
Subarachnoid hemorrhage
Brain tumor (less frequently)
