Estrogen treatment

Administration of exogenous estrogens as systemic or local hormone therapy, primarily for hypoestrogenic states (menopausal urogenital symptoms, ovarian failure, hot flashes, night sweats, osteoporosis prevention, hypogonadism), aiming to restore estrogenic activity while monitoring thromboembolic, neoplastic, and cardiovascular risks.
