Kaliuresis

Increased renal excretion of potassium in the urine (normal range: 25-100 mmol/L/day), typically reflecting enhanced distal nephron potassium secretion and often associated with medications (thiazide, furosemide, cortisol, penicillin, amphotericin, or gentamicin), hyperaldosteronism, metabolic alkalosis, or Fanconi Syndrome.
