Kernig's sign

Physical sign of meningeal irritation: with the hip flexed to 90° angle, passive knee extension is limited or elicits pain due to hamstring spasm. Possible causes are meningitis, subarachnoid hemorrhage with subarachnoid meningeal inflammation, meningism, or intracranial infection.
