Microstomia
Congenital or acquired condition characterized by an abnormally small oral aperture, potentially impairing oral function, airway management, and dental or surgical access. Often secondary to craniofacial malformations (Freeman-Sheldon syndrome), connective tissue disease (scleroderma/systemic sclerosis), trauma/burn/radiotherapy, or postsurgical scarring.
