Permeative bone lesion

An extremely aggressive osteolytic pattern characterized radiographically by innumerable tiny, ill-defined endosteal lucencies with a wide zone of transition and poorly demarcated margins, typically reflecting rapidly infiltrative malignancy (fibrosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, bone lymphoma, Langerhans cell histiocytosis, multiple myeloma, desmoid tumor, metastasis from lung/breast/prostate/thyroid) or osteomyelitis.
