Stroke
Acute focal neurologic deficit persisting ≥24 hours due to vascular injury of the central nervous system, resulting from cerebral, spinal, or retinal infarction (thrombosis, embolism, atherosclerosis, atrial fibrillation) or hemorrhage (hypertension, aneurysm, AV malformation).
