  • Aerophagia: Eating quickly, drinking from a straw, smoking, anxiety, carbonated beverages

  • Food intolerances: Lactose or gluten

  • Medications: GLP-1 receptor agonists

  • GI issues: GERD, acid reflux, gastritis, H. pylori Infection, gastroparesis, SIBO
