Flat nasal bridge

Flattening or decreased projection of the bony nasal dorsum at the nasofrontal region, resulting in reduced nasal bridge height in profile. Possible causes are genetic and ethnic variations in East Asia, trauma, rickets, polychondritis, congenital syphilis, substance abuse, congenital craniofacial (Binder syndrome), and syndromic anomalies (Down syndrome, Williams syndrome).
