Galactorrhea

Unexpected milk secretion from the breast unrelated to pregnancy or recent breastfeeding. Possible causes are prolactinoma, hypothyroidism, excessive breast stimulation, medications (antidepressants, antipsychotics, antihypertensive drugs, opiates, marijuana, cocaine, fenugreek, fennel, anise seeds), and reduced prolactin clearance (kidney- or liver disease).
