Kehr's sign
Referred pain at the tip of the shoulder (usually left) resulting from diaphragmatic irritation, mediated via the phrenic nerve (C3-C5). Classically due to intraperitoneal blood from splenic rupture/abscess, ectopic pregnancy, cholecystitis, hepatitis or other upper abdominal pathology.
