Peaked T wave

Abnormally tall, narrow, symmetric T waves on the ECG, reflecting accelerated ventricular repolarization. Possible causes are hyperkalemia, early myocardial ischemia, left ventricular hypertrophy, cerebral insults, and normal variant benign early repolarization.
