PR depression

A downward displacement of the PR segment below the TP baseline on surface ECG, reflecting atrial repolarization abnormalities often seen with pericarditis, myocarditis, pericardial effusion, atrial ischemia, left atrial overload due to left ventricular failure, or medications (digoxin, adrenaline).
