Acne

A chronic inflammatory disease of the pilosebaceous units, characterized by comedones, inflammatory papules, pustules, nodules and possible scarring, typically involving seborrheic areas such as the face, chest and back, and associated with follicular hyperkeratinization, sebum overproduction and Cutibacterium acnes-driven inflammation.
