Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) concentrations above the established reference range, functioning as a tumor marker and fetal anomaly marker.
Normal: 1-10 ng/mL
Moderate elevation: 10-200 ng/mL
Severe elevation: 200-400 ng/mL
