Otorrhea

Abnormal fluid discharge from the external auditory canal, typically serous, mucous, or purulent, originating from the external or middle ear and often associated with otitis externa, eczema of the external ear canal, otitis media, tympanic membrane perforation, cholesteatoma, or trauma (blood, CSF).
