Oligomenorrhea

Abnormally infrequent menstrual bleeding, characterized by menstrual cycles longer than 35 days, reduced menstrual frequency, and often decreased volume of endometrial shedding.

    • Sleep disturbances

  • Pelvic inflammatory disease

  • Pregnancy-related hormonal changes

  • Postpartum or lactational amenorrhea/oligomenorrhea
