Pulselessness

An absent or unpalpable arterial pulse. Possible causes are cardiac arrest (myocardial infarction, arrhytmia), decreased cardiac output (hypovolemia/dehydration, hemorrhage, hypokalemia, hyperkalemia, hypoglycemia, hypothermia, tension pneumothorax, cardiac tamponade, toxin), and thrombosis (coronary, pulmonary, arterial limb ischemia).
