Bilateral hemianopsia

A heteronymous visual field defect characterized by loss of the outer (temporal) halves of the visual fields in both eyes, typically due to lesions compressing the central optic chiasm.

• Pituitary/parasellar tumors

• Craniopharyngioma

• Meningioma

• Aneurysm

• Rathke cleft cysts

• Trauma

• Multiple sclerosis
