Restlessness

A state of psychomotor and mental unease characterized by inability to relax or remain still, often with nonpurposeful, repetitive motor activity and subjective inner tension. Commonly associated with anxiety, insomnia, agitated depression, ADHD, pain, restless legs syndrome, hyperthyroidism, hormonal fluctuations, medication (antidepressants, anti-emetics, anti-psychotics), and drug withdrawal (caffeine, alcohol, nicotine).
