Palpitations

Subjective awareness of rapid, forceful, pounding, fluttering, or irregular heartbeats, often reflecting cardiac arrhythmias, increased cardiac contractility, heightened awareness of normal sinus rhythm, or noncardiac hyperadrenergic states.
